We offer free UK returns! (see below for details)

You must place your order before 12 noon for same day dispatch. Deliveries are made between 9 am and 6 pm.

Public holidays are not counted as working days.

Please note you must order by 12 noon to receive Next Business Day and by 12 noon on a Friday to receive Next Day Saturday.

European Delivery

Delivery to Europe is £24.00

Delivery to the rest of the world is from £24.00.

Delivery Information

We can send your purchase to any address where it can be signed for. As soon as it is signed for, by you or someone else, the dispatch process is complete and the responsibility for your purchase passes to you.

APC are unable to collect from or deliver to PO Boxes, except in Dubai.

Packaging

All orders by default are sent using our "Keep It Simple" packaging, which is an environmentally friendly choice and uses as little packaging as possible while still ensuring your purchase arrives in pristine condition. Whenever we can, we will simply wrap your garments in tissue paper to protect them in transit.

We also offer a Gift Wrapping service, which may be selected in the Basket. This costs £4.00 per order and is perfect for showing the gift recipient how special they are and how special the piece is that you have bought them. The gift option includes tissue, gift wrap, ribbon and a Black White Denim keepsake box. The £4.00 charge is not refundable if the gift is returned.

During Sale periods all deliveries will be in Keep It Simple packaging.

Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to cancel your order with us under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 but to make life easy, you can either return or exchange items by letting us know within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.

All items must be returned in the same condition they were received, in the same packaging (includes shoes in the original undamaged box) and with all labels attached.

To return or exchange, simply e mail us at: wereallycare@blackwhitedenim.com and we will send you a short form to fill in with your returns number, details of the product you wish to return or exchange, where you want it to be collected from and when.

On receipt of your form, we will schedule APC to pick up the item and on receipt of the goods, we will exchange or refund as appropriate. We will e-mail you when this process is complete.

When you are preparing your parcel for pick-up, please ensure it is sealed, protected and there is a space for the APC driver to place the return label on it (A6 size).

Your refund will be credited to the card you used to make your purchase. Card refunds can take up to 10 days to process so please be patient.

If your order has been sent to the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU these are not refundable by Black White Denim, but you may be able to recover them by contacting your local customs bureau.

Sale Price Adjustment Policy

Black White Denim is happy to offer a Sale Price Adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved. All approved Sale Price Adjustments will be credited to your Black White Denim account in the form of a store credit which will be valid for 12 months.

We are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOS.

We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
